The student remote desktop allows students to access school ICT resources from home. To download the Remote Desktop shortcut and instructions you will need to enter a password which your form tutor will be able to provide you with.

You now have access to email, a calendar and Google Docs which is a suite of products that lets you create different kinds of documents, work on them in real time with other people and store your documents.
Your user name and password will be the same as the one you use to login to the school network. You will have an opportunity to test this in ICT rooms first.
For access to the calendar of school events, you will need to manually add *harlington student group” to the drop down menu of “other calendars”
All emails will be checked for inappropriate content, and any emails containing such content will be sent to the administrator.
NOTE: Our school Esafety policy and AUP apply to all email accounts – the emphasis is on you using this software responsibly, rather than blocking content. However if you are found using this resource inappropriately, you account will be removed.
Remember, this is an educational resource to be used for educational purposes.
